

I was on the phone with India this morning and was told that my new plan wasn't scheduled to go into effect until January 2021.that's not what I ordered. I've been told by HBO Max to contact a supervisor and have them reset my account at the back end, no luck. I have been told that tier 3 support will contact me, no luck. Since then, I have been unable to access HBO Max. Saturday, October 17 I changed my plan to the Unlimited Elite and ordered the free iPhone 12. I've spent 5 hours this week trying to get India to fix my problem to no avail. I have been a wireless customer since 1998 and the service I've gotten and the lack of resolution has me so angry and can't stand it. Please make it right or I will copy and post this to Facebook as I am saving it now. I can check with my bank to be sure if you like.

I would like it fixed or my entire investment cost back. I cannot do my homework or anything, and no one bothered to inform us that this could be the case before I invested my hard earned money as a disabled vet working for the VA. So I had to drop my class in college because I now had to look for wi fi everywhere when one the 3 cell phones were out of hotspot. I was given the connect date of 10/25/17, and this date came and went then was told I would be connected by 11/2/17 it came and went. I live in Baton Rouge, La and I on 10/20/17 I purchased your internet package. I hope the CEO of this company is reading this.
